We offer sizes ranging from Small to XL. On each product page, please refer to the size chart for exact measurements of each size.

We recommend that you measure your favourite polo and see which size it matches with best.

Our polos can be worn by men and female - however, it is best fit for men.

We plan to offer pure unisex clothing in the future.

Our Polos are made out of a 50/50 split of Bamboo and Cotton.

For our polos, you should always wash separately with similar colours and only use low heat.

High heat can cause the polo to shrink beyond the maximum 5%.

Each polo comes with care instructions, which can also be found on the bottom inside of the shirts.

If there is anything wrong with the polo, that can be derived from before using the polo - we can do returns after consideration of each case.

There is a much more likely chance of getting returns/refunds for the polos having manufacturing errors - compared to a less likely chance for general sizing returns.

No we do not.

Our polos will shrink to a maximum of 5% on the first wash. If it shrinks further than that, please contact support@srixgraphics.com

Our keychains are made out of zinc metal with a soft enamel finish that provides a luxiourious shine and quality to the keychains themselves.

The material ensures they are kept lightweight and durable.

We take great pride in our packaging. If there is an order of multiple keychains, they will be put into a luxiourious jewellery box with a soft satin cloth to ensure they are left unscratched and unharmed during shipping.

If they are bought individually, then they are packaged into the same box. There is no difference in packaging.

The keychains are made out of zinc - zinc itself, has the reputation of having a low environmental impact comapred to other materials. It is a non-toxic material and can be recycled without losing any of its properties.

Our orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out soon after.

The shipping itself can vary across Australia and New Zealand. For Australian orders, it will take up to 8 business days. For New Zealand orders, it will take up to 5 business days, and within Auckland will be delivered within the next business day.

We ship only to New Zealand and Australia.

Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email when the order is shipped.

Our polos are sustainable. Bamboo is one of the nature's finest materials for sustainability. Cotton - in our shirts - is certified by OEKO-TEX to be free from any harmful chemicals.

Our internal costs go up. They are more expensive to produce sustainable cloth or make eco-friendly packaging. But the prices our customers pay, does not change.

Sustainability is about encouragement towards a better future for all. Not using it as an advantage for hiking up prices.
