I was born in 2003, into a world of 8 bit games that felt so magical. In college, on days that felt heavy, I would turn on my console and escape. Maybe I’d ride into the wilderness on horseback or set sail into battle. It honestly didn’t matter where i went because i always had a blast. In law school, everything remains the same. In the midst of so much competition, I forget to slow down and breathe a little. And today, those tiny pixel worlds remain to be a reminder that no matter how crowded life feels, there’s always room to breathe, create and feel alive.

That is what Srix means to me. It’s my own world, where I feel I still have something to give. It’s an expression of who I am.

And I hope that every time someone wears my polo, they feel a piece of that.

The strength to keep going, and the quiet reminder that they can build their own world too.

I come from New Zealand. A vast landscape known for its beautiful environments that you need to see, to believe it.

I wanted to create a shirt that feels exactly like that. Natural, light, and breathable. A Srixpolo that feels like fresh air, open spaces, and the calm simplicity that only Aotearoa gives.

One of the biggest parts of our goals has been to move manufacturing to New Zealand. Right now, our polos are manufactured in China. China is where bamboo fabric is highly specialised and, as a startup, we simply didn’t have the resources to import custom-made fabric into New Zealand for production. As we grow, this will change. Our vision for future iterations of the Srix Polo is full New Zealand manufacturing, allowing us to support local industry, reduce transport emissions, and have complete oversight over quality and sustainability.
